Surprise, surprise...what blew our minds in February?

Surprise, surprise...the first two months of 2025 have underperformed the rolling seasonal average as well as 2024 for signed contracts. This is semi-mind-blowing to us considering how it feels on the ground. We feel busier than in 2024 with listings receiving multiple offers, foot traffic on the rise and inventory still waning. Anecdotally, contracts having been taking longer to get signed, so that could explain some of the lag time. Read More
