We included both the monthly and quarterly snapshots because one shows big swings and the other is a little bit more demure illustrating you really need to dissect the headlines to really understand what is going on OR just call us - we love talking real estate. After a bumpy start to 2025, March proves there is renewed buyer confidence as the spring market gains traction. The rise in inventory gives buyers more options resulting in more deals. But, it is still a tale of two cities meaning some properties are experiencing bidding wars and others are dead in the water. It all goes back to the old adage of location, location, location.
