Meet Risa

I am a creator of relationships and trust.
For the past 22 years, I've been a Casting Director for all things unscripted in television; game shows, travel shows, dating shows and yes -- real estate dramas. I've worked with networks such as HBO, Netflix, PBS and Bravo in the search of untapped talent and curious points of view. The skills behind this odd but fascinating career are asking the right questions, listening to your subject and ultimately, matchmaking. Be it with your first home or with a possible love interest, connecting is what I do best.

Enter real estate. My love for New York City is unparalleled. I've been a downtowner since 2002 and a West Village coop shareholder for the past 3 years. The charm of West Village streets still thrill me when I walk to the grocery store every week. I want to help people find that same pride in their neighborhood, and I'm thrilled to be doing it alongside Louisa and Chris. After all, a home is the ultimate set up.

When I'm not talking to strangers about their favorite guilty pleasure we all call reality TV, you can find me strolling along the Hudson River with my wife, Anna, and our adorable rescue pups, Barbra Streisand and Chicharron, or deep in a book with a glass of vino.
