After 16 years as an award-winning agent at Corcoran, Chris Palminteri co-founded SIMPLE Real Estate in 2018 to introduce a refreshingly competent and honest approach to the transaction, including a solution to the outdated, standard commission structure. An experienced associate broker with a successful Wall Street career in the rearview, Chris’ primary focus is to simplify the process, no matter how challenging the transaction or market, to save his clients time, money, and stress. He is an even-keeled and powerful partner in any situation, navigating nuances and mitigating surprises with his quick problem-solving abilities and experienced, knowledgeable guidance. Growing up in a real estate family, Chris grasped the industry fundamentals from his mother at an early age: a disciplined work ethic, always going above and beyond, and direct and honest communication. Chris’ easygoing nature and relatable style attract a range of clients, from first-time buyers to high-profile investors across all industries. His financial background adds another layer of expertise and comfort to his advisory services.

A Northern New Jersey native, Chris has been a downtown resident since 1999, and he can’t imagine leaving NYC. He’s a proponent and supporter of God’s Love We Deliver, an organization that delivers nutritious meals to people in need. Away from real estate, you’ll often find Chris snowboarding (a passion of his), golfing, hiking, and traveling.
